These videos often feature tips or advice to aid in creating a healthy and effective morning or evening routine. The essential purpose is to motivate and inspire viewers to develop healthier habits for themselves. The team behind YouTube wants the audience to understand that a healthy lifestyle (morning, night or general lifestyle) could be beneficial for person A but unhealthy for person B. That's why they are working on new features to deliver that message to the audience on a large scale and clearly.
